Thomas Hulland

Tom is a graduate consultant currently working in Wellington. He graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering. During his degree, Tom carried out research in hospital acoustics to understand the causes of hospital noise and how patients are affected.

Since joining Marshall Day, Tom has been involved in a wide range of building and environmental projects. Some of these include hospital design, classrooms, music practice/performance spaces and aircraft noise modelling.

Qualifications & Memberships

• Bachelor of Engineering(Honours) in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours
• Affiliate of the Acoustical Society of New Zealand
